A Dazed Trip to Winona uses glitched photos and style transfer. Each team member took two photos around Winona as their source photos. Team members were then asked to do a style transfer for each image. The final work cycles through the photos at a fast pace to provide a sort of stylistic animation. You can recognize that the photos are the same, in sets of 10, the changes in style give the illusion of movement.
